services for both residential and commercial markets servicing
the Phoenix, AZ. metropolitan areas. We are owner operated
and are licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
We also have the capabilities to do light

What are your days and hours of operation?
We work 7 days a week.
Monday through Friday: Winter 8:00am to 5:00pm,
Summer 6:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Winter 8:00am to 2:00pm,
Summer 6:00am to 2:00pm
We also are happy to work with you on your
special requests and schedule jobs outside our normal business

Does AZTrashGuys offer same day service?
AZTrashGuys offer same day and next day trash
and junk removal. There's no need to wait days or even weeks,
just call us today and we'll work around "your"
schedule!
What is your pricing schedule?
Pricing is based on volume and the type of
material we are hauling away. Here is our pricing
schedule.
Can you give me an exact price before you arrive?
No. Pricing is based on volume and the type
of material we are hauling away. We can try to give a price
range but, in order for us to give the final price we do need
to see it in person. We will schedule an appointment with
you and review the general pricing, and then when the truck
team arrives we will verify the pricing with you.
Will AZTrashGuys pickup for only one item?
Most definitely. We will be happy to pickup
for just one item or multiple items and loads depending on
your needs.
What type of payments does AzTrashGuys accept?
For your convenience we gladly accept, Cash,
MasterCard and Visa. For commercial accounts we even offer
up to 30 days to pay with no interest. Please click

Is AZTrashGuys Licensed and Insured?
Absolutely! We meet or exceed all the
federal, state and city licensing and insurance requirements
necessary to do business in our industry.
What materials do you take?
AZTrashGuys will dispose of almost anything
providing that it is non-hazardous. This includes construction
and renovation debris, household junk, yardwaste, appliances,
dirt, rock, gravel and much more.
What types of material cannot go to the dump?
We can't pick up hazardous materials such
as explosives, chemicals, solvents, oils, or asbestos. Please
contact your local city recycling center for assistance in
disposing of these materials.
Does AZTrashGuys offer commercial credit accounts?
Yes we do! To open a Corporate/Contractor
account, with 30 days to pay with no interest, please click

When should I book an appointment?
Contact us as soon as possible as time-slots
fill up quickly. Once you call we will let you know the availability
in your area.

Why are appointments booked in two hour time slots?
This allows truck teams to deal with the unforeseen
circumstances such as traffic or jobs that take longer than
expected.
Can you do the job for me if I am not on site?
Yes. Our truck team will contact you to confirm
pricing upon arrival and credit cards can be accepted over
the phone.
Can you help me with a job after hours?
Yes, we can certainly work with you on your
special requests and schedule jobs outside our normal business
hours.
What do you do with the junk?
Any items that can be recycled will be. This
includes paper, wood, metal, plastic and green waste. Other
items can be donated to local charities or taken to Goodwill.
The left over waste is taken to the appropriate transfer station.
Do you do moving?
No. We are not licensed to do moving and our
truck is often dirty inside and is unsuitable for transporting
goods. We are simply a trash and junk removal company and
can also do some light demo work.
What equipment does you truck team come with?
We have a dump truck trailor, tractor and
heavy duty pick up truck. We carry shovels, rakes, sometimes
a dolly or wheelbarrow and basic hand tools.
Why would I use your service rather than a bin dumpster?
Time and labor. Because your time is important
to you we save you time by doing all the labor and clean-up.
With bin rentals you are forced to do the work yourself, finding
space on your property to put it, and paying for the entire
volume of the dumpster whether you fill it or not. We do,
however, understand that some people need a dumpster for their
project and we do offer this service as well for both residential
and commercial (please call for a quote).
How big is your dump trailer?
The dump trailer is 16 feet long by 8 feet
wide and 4 feet high (512 cubic feet - 19 cubic yards). We
have one of the biggest dump trailers available and don't
charge extra for this carrying capacity.
